General
We are not responsible for any extra shipping charges or delays should the customer provide us with an incorrect shipping address. In such a case, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.
Canadian Customers
Since most of our items are imported from the US or overseas, prices in Canadian dollars are higher to cover some of the freight and brokerage importation fees.
Continental USA Customers
Church supplies and most other types of orders will be shipped factory direct to your door. All USA orders are tax free.
International Customers
Customers may be charged customs on international orders upon arrival at its destination country.
Metalware & Jewelry Prices
Although we try our utmost best to keep our prices up to date, please be aware that the prices of our metalware (including communionware, sanctuary appointments and jewelry) are subject to change due to the rapidly rising cost of precious metals such as gold, silver and copper (used in brass and bronze).
Please contact us if you would like to enquire about any price changes for any specific metalware items on our website.
Payment
All credit card payments are billed in Canadian dollars for Canadian customers, US dollars for USA and International customers. We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express. At this time though, transactions by American Express will be converted into and charged in Canadian dollars. Cheque or money orders will not be shipped until the cheque or money order clears.
Delivery
Delivery on most items is approximately two weeks. Special orders, out-of-stock items and orders from overseas suppliers may take 4 to 6 weeks or longer. You will be notified of the approximate delivery date.
If you require immediate or rush shipment, please contact us and we will do our best to meet your deadline.
Shipping is F.O.B. factory, and is based upon weight via the least expensive way. Rush orders may incur additional charges. Please contact us if you require an exact shipping date.
When signing for delivered items, please make notations on the waybill of any markings or damages to the box before signing. Claims for damaged merchandise must be reported to us within 24 hours after receipt.
Returns
All returns require prior authorization and a return number. In many instances items may be returned for full credit; incurred shipping charges may still apply. PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO COVID CRISIS, WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON ANY TYPE OF CLOTHING. Please contact us if there is a problem within seven days of receipt of the item purchased.
Dated or custom ordered merchandise cannot be returned. Special ordered items will be subject to a restocking fee. St. Andrew's would like our customers to be pleased with every purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product we will do our utmost to resolve the situation to everyone's satisfaction.
